Price
1.1 - The prices of our products are indicated in euros all taxes but excluding the cost of processing and shipping. (See delivery).

When you click "OK" after the order process, you agree that as well as the entirety of these Conditions of Sale and without reserve. The data recorded by VIMA constitute proof of all transactions between VIMA and its customers .
Securing
All banking information following a settlement of invoice will be automatically deleted files, and will be encored at every new transaction.
Availability
Our product offerings are available within the limits of available stocks. In this framework, information on the availability of products are provided on request when placing your order. This information directly from our suppliers errors or exceptional changes are beyond our control and may not engage our responsibility.
In case of unavailability of product after your order we will notify you by mail as soon as possible.
Delivery
General:

Products purchased on THE SITE are delivered in France, Corsica, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, USA, Canada, Africa and Middle East. The products are delivered to the shipping address you provided during the ordering process. The deadlines listed are the average time (colissimo post). In case of items available at different times given their availability, delivery time is based on the longest period.VIMA reserves the possibility of splitting the deliveries. Participation in the processing fee and shipping will be charged for one shipment. VIMA can not be held responsible for the consequences due to delayed delivery.

Rates:

France, Corsica and Monaco: :
- 5€ (for purchases strictly below 29.90 €)
- 8,60€ (for purchases greater than or equal to 29.90 €)

DOM:
- 13,80€ (Colissimo with signature)

EU and Switzerland:
- 10€ (Box recommended)

World:
- 18€ (Box recommended)

Delivery Problems:

You should verify the conformity of the goods delivered at the time of delivery before signing the delivery note and indicate on the delivery and in the form of reserves along with your handwritten signature on any delivery anomaly (anomaly, damaged).

If no reservation is made at the post office we can not do anything.

After sending your parcel number, if it is not with you within 48 hours you should contact your post office if the package is lost you must wait 21 days for the conclusion of the investigation.

If the products need to be returned they must be within eight days after the delivery.
(If error on our part to contact us for a good return or no reimbursement of return)

Any claim made after this deadline will not be accepted.

VIMA agrees to reimburse you or you share the products not corresponding to your order (defective or non-compliant). You must provide a method of your choice (mail, fax, registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt) on the day of delivery or at the latest within eight days after the delivery of any request for items that do not correspond to your order ( delivery error, non-compliant products).

VIMA will exchange or refund of the product.

In this case the shipping and return will not be refunded. (Frais de port supported for an error on our part article or failing error but you should seek a good return)

In all cases of return of goods return will be accepted for complete products in their original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions) with the original purchase invoice.
